Job Title: Salon Manager Location: Waterloo, Iowa Salary: $60-70K plus bonus Job Summary: Are you an experienced professional in the beauty, salon, hospitality, spa or wellness industry with Leadership or Operations Management experience? We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional services to our clients in the service industry. This role is based in our organization located in Waterloo, Iowa and requires a detail-oriented manager with strong leadership skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities: Lead a team in an updated facility, fostering an atmosphere of creativity and excellence. Manage a large built-in client base dedicated to the salon & wellness industry due to our outstanding service offerings. Support a team of dedicated employees to help enhance the overall customer experience.

Lead and inspire a team and support the delivery of outstanding service. Manage the training and development of service providers to maintain a high-performing team. Ensure the salon operations workflow is efficient including the upkeep and inventory management of supplies.

Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring clients leave feeling satisfied. Keep abreast of industry trends, helping to bring fresh ideas and innovative services to the operation. Contribute to revenue growth through strategic marketing, promotion and retention initiatives.

Education & Experience: 2+ years of proven leadership or management experience in managing a salon, wellness, hospitality, spa or similar industry operation. Service industry provider experience. Exceptional customer service, communication and teamwork skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee daily operations effectively Cosmetology degree preferred.
